Cornwall has a magic of its own and the county town of Truro is a vibrant city full of charm and character. It offers extensive shopping and cultural facilities including the Cathedral, the Hall for Cornwall, a main line railway station, public gardens, river trips, restaurants, art galleries, cinemas, theatres and nightlife.

Truro's central location within Cornwall makes the numerous beaches, coves and cliff walks on the north and south coasts, as well as the inland villages and countryside very accessible. The Eden project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Falmouth estuary are very nearby and the Roseland peninsula, St Ives and Tate Modern, Bodmin moor and Land's End are all less than an hour's drive.

Bosvyghan - Cornish for small dwelling - is a late Victorian, lower ground floor apartment situated in a quiet residential district of Truro only a few minutes walk from the City centre, Cathedral and Victoria gardens.

The apartment is compact and quirky and accessed via a pathway leading to an enclosed private courtyard with patio furniture. It has gas central heating and comprises an open plan kitchen and lounge, bathroom and bedroom.

The kitchen has an electric oven and fridge and is fully equipped with pots and pans. The lounge is carpeted and furnished with a dining table, chairs and sofa bed. An inner lobby leads to a small bathroom with shower facilities and also gives access to the double bedroom which features an internal arched window shared with the lounge.

The apartment ideally accommodates two people but can sleep four if the sofa bed is used.

Bosvyghan is available to let throughout the year for complete weeks, usually commencing on Saturdays, or short breaks which can be for any periods.
