THE APARTMENT Bosvyghan - Cornish for small dwelling - is a late Victorian, lower ground floor apartment situated in a quiet residential district of Truro only a few minutes walk from the City centre, Cathedral and Victoria gardens.
The apartment is compact and quirky and accessed via a pathway leading to an enclosed private courtyard with patio furniture. It has gas central heating and comprises an open plan kitchen and lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen has an electric oven and fridge and is fully equipped with pots
and pans. The lounge is carpeted and furnished with a dining table, chairs
and sofa bed. An inner lobby leads to a small bathroom with shower facilities
